Tommy’s career was built entirely around complex, trust-dependent sales. That environment - high stakes, no margin for error, relationships built on credibility - shaped how he works with clients today. He knows how to earn trust quickly, navigate sophisticated buyers, and stay composed when a deal gets complicated. A lifelong Eastern North Carolinian, Tommy earned his degree in Marketing and Management from East Carolina University and has spent his career living and working in the region. He understands the local business landscape from the inside and approaches every engagement with a commitment to outcomes that serve both sides of the table. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys swimming, biking, and waterskiing, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife have been married for over 40 years and have two daughters, both based in North Carolina.
