With 10+ years of experience, Tim began his career in banking assisting in structured and leveraged financing for Sponsored Finance Groups targeting middle-market companies. Since then, he transitioned to the real estate industry, working for firms specializing in multifamily, industrial, and commercial retail assets. Prior to Transworld, Tim served as the Director of Finance for a real estate investment firm with a $2 billion portfolio, where his focus included capital markets, FP&A, asset management, development, and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Tim worked across various industries excelling in complex deal structuring and valuations. He now leverages his experience in providing guidance to entrepreneurs through the complexities of buying and selling a business. Tim holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Southern California.
