He began working there at the age of eight and continued through college, gaining early firsthand experience in what it takes to run and sustain a small business. Later on in life, he and his wife continue that entrepreneurial legacy by purchasing, growing and then ultimately selling a small business in Denver. Patrick brings over 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage across Colorado. His background also includes ownership and partnership in a residential mortgage company. As a business broker, Patrick has successfully represented clients in the sale of businesses valued between $50,000 and over $16 million, spanning a diverse range of industries. Patrick is known for his straightforward approach and ability to guide business owners through the valuation and sale process. He specializes in helping clients understand the current market value of their business, what they can do to increase that value, and identifying the most likely buyer. Along with that expertise, Patrick also focuses in making the sale process efficient and as easy to complete as possible. Patrick holds a degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cycling, tennis, hockey, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Beth, and their two adult children.
