Michael brings more than two decades of experience across engineering, real estate, finance, and operations, with a background that spans technical, analytical, and client-facing roles. This diverse experience provides a practical understanding of how businesses function day to day and how decisions impact operations, financials, and people. Michael is a retired Professional Engineer with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he specialized in complex commercial and industrial projects. His career includes senior engineering roles, as well as earlier work in information technology and network infrastructure. This technical foundation informs a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and evaluation. In addition, Michael is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and Idaho and a licensed mortgage loan originator, with over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and property manager. He brings working knowledge of valuation, financing, and transactional processes across a range of asset types. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Michael is a U.S. Navy veteran and a father of four. When he’s not in the office, he can usually be found exploring Colorado and the open road, whether that’s riding his motorcycles, in his RV, or spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
