A lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area, Mark Allen has over 23 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, where he gained a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build, lead, and eventually transition a successful company. No longer working in manufacturing, Mark has shifted his focus to coaching individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, whether those goals involve physical fitness, financial literacy, or entrepreneurship. Many people Mark works with end up considering acquiring a business or preparing to sell or be acquired. After a chance meeting with JT Harp in the winter of 2024, Mark began to see that becoming a business broker could augment his work as a trusted guide for business owners. He joined the Transworld Business Advisors team in early 2025.
