Leslie Perez is a Senior Business Advisor in the Houston office with over 12 years as a Sr. Product Manager and Director of Product Management at several large Oil and Gas corporations in Houston Texas. These positions included developing business strategies and evaluating and recommending technologies and strategic acquisitions that enhance company’s product lines. Leslie’s education not only included an MBA, but he also holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a tech focus. He also has 20 years’ experience as a design engineer and engineering manager for the O&G and Industrial Markets. Leslie's M&A experience also includes acquisition integration and accelerating value creation by leveraging strengths of the merging companies including people, product and processes. His Product Management experience includes a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle (cradle to grave) and new product development from concept to successful commercialization. Leslie looks forward to working with entrepreneurs and business owners to meet their growth strategy and financial goals through buying or selling their business or technology. Leslie is the son of a career Army soldier and worked several DOD civilian positions to put himself through engineering school and enjoys working with the large community of Veteran business owners in the Killeen/Temple Texas area.
