As a former business owner, Daniel understands firsthand the daily demands, risks, and rewards of owning and operating a company. Having been involved on both sides of business transactions, he has worked through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, financing, and the legal components of buy sell transactions. Daniel has previously served in senior leadership roles including Managing Partner and President, where he led initiatives to strengthen profitability, improve balance sheet performance, optimize sourcing and procurement strategies, and implement operational improvements. His experience managing capital expenditures, overseeing complex procurement portfolios, and developing performance driven teams gives him a strong understanding of how value is created and preserved inside a business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from ITESM, as well as advanced executive studies at IPADE Business School in Monterrey, Mexico.
