Becky DiSorbo is an entrepreneur, executive, and connector who has spent more than two decades helping businesses grow, scale, and endure. She co-owns Transworld Business Advisors of Buffalo alongside her partner Joe DiSorbo, bringing the region a business brokerage resource rooted in genuine community investment. Together, they are committed to helping Western New York and Southern Tier business owners navigate ownership transitions with the expertise, discretion, and care those moments deserve. Becky's career has spanned Silicon Valley, Asia-Pacific, and Western New York. She served on the Asia Pacific & Japan senior leadership team at EMC Corporation, driving executive communications, C-level engagement programs, and strategic initiatives across the region. Earlier, she held roles at Borland Software, Red Hat, Weber Shandwick, and Morgen Walke & Associates, building a foundation in corporate communications, technology marketing, and investor relations. As CMO at Webgistix Corporation, she was instrumental in the company's growth through its acquisition by Rakuten, giving her firsthand perspective on what it takes to prepare a business for a successful exit and transition. Today, she serves as Chief Integrator at Ship.com, a SaaS shipping platform serving direct sales organizations nationwide. Becky holds an M.A. in English Literature and a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a University record holder in swimming. She remains a competitive endurance athlete, placing 13th at the 70.3 Ironman World Championships, and serves as a USA Triathlon Foundation Ambassador supporting youth athletes, parathletes, and Olympic hopefuls.
