Art is the President/Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Utah County. His specialty is Main Street businesses of all types (both B2C and B2B),and his motto is “Good Deals, Good People” He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), awarded by the International Business Brokers Association. . Prior to opening the Lehi office, Art had a long career with American Express where he worked in Finance, Fraud, Risk Management, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Service. Previously, he had worked for WR Grace and was a CPA Auditor for KPMG in New York. He is a licensed CPA in Utah, as well as a licensed Realtor. Art earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Economics in Accounting and MIS from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Originally from New York, Art has raised his family and lived in Utah for nearly 30 years. He enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains, and running and swimming in the valley. He is heavily involved with volunteer efforts and is currently on the board for TreeUtah, after previously serving as board chair. He is also the co-chair of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Club of Utah and volunteers and serves on key committees with a variety of social service organizations.
