Seller is vastly knowledgeable about immigration and nationality law, case law, statutory and regulatory law, and procedure, and is willing to train his successor, and be considered “of counsel” on the firm’s website and letterhead for an agreed period of time.  Seller is willing to still handle some court hearings in the future on a per diem basis.  Seller is willing to be employed by the successor post-sale for a reasonable period of time;  
Beyond the original training period, Seller is willing to be employed throughout transition and comfort zone of successor for an agreed upon period of time.
