The route consists of approximately 109 residential estate properties predominantly in Palm Beach County with one extension in to northern Broward County. The entire route is serviced Monday through Friday and is handled by two full time seasoned service pool technicians (both expected to transition to the new owner). Current recurring monthly revenue is $16,960; the average monthly pool service charge is $160.00 per property. The owner of this business does not service pools.
