This multi-dimensional home improvement company creates safer and energy efficient homes by offering 3 core home improvement services to its primarily residential customers:

• Roof Replacement (50% of revenue) including metal, tile, shingle and flat roofs;
• Window & Door Replacement (25% of revenue), offering a variety of impact, energy efficient products;
• Solar Roof Panels (25% of revenues), saving homeowner money while increasing home’s value.

The company operates as a full in house construction company doing lead generation, sales and construction management. General contractor license is held by a qualifier (qualifier will transfer to Buyer if needed). 100% of customer lead generation is done in house via a proprietary call center and team of sales experts with a Sales Manager that oversees this group. 90% of customer sales are financed through the FL PACE financing program or other 3^rd party credit providers.  Leads are transferred to the commissioned sales staff who close the sale and then handled by the in-house production team who oversees the project completion and customer care. No inventory, little to no accounts receivable and low working capital requirements are needed. The service area is Miami-Dade (50%), Broward County (30%) and Palm Beach County (20%). Excellent upside potential as the company can do  commercial size projects as well. This business has the expertise to install secondary products including HVAC, generators, driveway, patio roof, and insulation. The successful owner of this business will have a good understanding of sales and considers him/herself a social and dynamic individual. The Seller will train the steps to production in the 3 service areas being offered. All Buyer’s must sign an NDA and provide proof of funds before disclosure.
