This physician-owned, multi-provider urgent care and family practice has established a fantastic reputation for providing community-centered, comprehensive outpatient care. Since the clinic’s opening in 2022, operating profitability has been strong and growing year over year. With gross revenues of $2,244,000, EBITDA of $220,000 and Sellers Discretionary Earnings of nearly $545,000 in 2025, this is a desirable acquisition for those already in the urgent care space, or a physician looking to enter the market.

Currently, the clinic is owned by a physician who operates as part-time patient care provider and part-time manager. The owner is no longer interested in managing the clinic but would stay on as an employed provider if the purchaser desires.    

The clinic focuses on general, appointment-based primary care, walk-in urgent care, some trauma and Xray, workers comp, as well as offering occupational medicine services for several local and national businesses with specific needs, such as delivery drivers, local energy companies, DOT physicals, school physicals, etc. The Seller estimates approximately 80% of revenues are from urgent care, and 20% from primary care.  Some lab work is also done on site as the clinic has a CLIA waiver. The clinic is in-network with all major private insurance carriers (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, United), Medicare, and takes many local and state employer’s insurance.
